KDA Instructed to Establish Complaint Management System

Manzoor Ali Sheikh, additional chief secretary for local government in Sindh, has given the Karachi Development Authority’s director general instructions to adopt the complaint management system as soon as possible for the benefit of the populace.

He said this while speaking with a Karachi Development Authority (KDA) delegation. Moreover, he emphasised the need to make the Karachi Development Authority a successful and financially secure organisation and to make the greatest use of the resources available.

The ACS LG Sindh ordered that all land records, tenders, and auction information be posted in real time on the authority’s website.

Moreover, he emphasised that the officials should concentrate on growing revenue and recovery, and that anyone who doesn’t comply will be called for an explanation.

To improve the IT infrastructure’s functionality and efficiency, Manzoor Ali Shaikh gave instructions for implementing an enterprise resource planning system and for posting connections to the pertinent institutions on the KDA website.
